Return Assurance

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns for products with transit damage, physical defects, or if an incorrect product was shipped. To initiate this, kindly send us an email with a video showcasing the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated timeframe.

 

Section 2: Return Initiation

Should you decide to return part or all of your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products. Reach out to us via Support@dkallos.com.

 

Section 3: Return Conditions

Returns won't be accepted for used products, products with broken seals, or tampered serial numbers. Upon receiving the returned item, DKallos [Krasne Kallos LLP] will inspect and validate the claim.

 

Section 4: Approval and Action

If your return is eligible, we will proceed with replacement or refund. If the product is deemed ineligible, it will be couriered back to you.

 

Section 5: Refund Process

For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc). For COD orders, refunds will be made to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.

For spillage or container breakage, we offer replacement. However, for physical damage like dents or scratches, we cannot process a refund or return.
